Randall was fantastic he adjusted my hearing aids and helped me SO MUCH! Very caring and helpful!!!

After absent-mindingly missing my appointment this afternoon, Randy the manager, still found time to squeeze me in for a hearing aid test. He and his office assistant were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

We bought from the old management and were never satisfied. I spent 15 minutes with Randall and knew I would be coming back. This was a great change.
