Randall was very professional and personable. He explained each step of my hearing test and made sure that I understood the results at the end of my appointment.

I think I remember him from his Costco days very friendly guy really informative showed me the packages but I don’t have insurance so I have to come up with some money, but I’ll have to try to figure that out. He was very friendly and I would recommend the place for other people with a hearing loss to help him out.

After absent-mindingly missing my appointment this afternoon, Randy the manager, still found time to squeeze me in for a hearing aid test. He and his office assistant were friendly, courteous, and helpful.
